It has been announced that Jim Gavin will stay the Dublin manager as he agreed to manage the boys in blue until 2019 at least following his agreed two year extension.
The Dublin team have been branded one of the greatest teams in history of Gaelic footballs and look to win there third All Ireland in a row.
The two year extension was confirmed by the Dublin County Board this morning.
“We are delighted to announce that Jim Gavin has agreed to remain as manager of the Dublin senior football team for another two years, until the conclusion of the 2019 championship,” a brief statement read.
“Jim and all of his backroom team have already contributed so much time and hard work to the Dublin team and we thank them all for their continued efforts.”
